Refund and Cancellation Policy for GrowWebinar.com

GrowWebinar.com is committed to providing transparent policies on cancellations, substitutions, and refunds to ensure fairness and excellent service for our customers. These policies vary based on the type of event or product purchased.

Cancellations (Applicable Only to Live Conferences/Webinars)

Cancellations are permitted if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the live conference/webinar.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the event will not be accepted, and a $30 processing fee will be deducted from any refund.
We strongly recommend submitting cancellation requests as early as possible.

Substitutions (Applicable Only to Live Conferences/Webinars)

To avoid cancellation fees, participants may opt for substitution.
Substitution options include:
- Transferring registration to another webinar on a different date/time, or
- Transferring registration to another participant for the same event.
No fees are charged for substitutions.
Substitutions are not allowed if the participant has already missed the registered webinar/conference.

General Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued if the participant fails to receive webinar instructions and does not contact customer service.
Participants must contact customer service at cs@growwebinar.com at least 24 hours prior to the event for any issues.
Refunds will not be provided for technical issues, system glitches, or compatibility problems on the participant's side.
Missed login instructions due to email bounces, spam filters, or participant-side restrictions do not qualify for refunds.
On-demand webinars and recorded sessions are non-refundable.

Special Scenarios

A 100% refund will be issued if GrowWebinar.com cancels the event due to technical faults, speaker unavailability, or internal issues.

DVD Refund Policy

100% refund if the DVD is damaged or malfunctioning (proof/evidence required).
100% refund if the DVD is lost or not delivered during shipping.

Digital Downloads and Transcripts

No refunds are available for digital downloads, including transcripts and any other digital products.
